I have the best job in the world.

As both a wedding photojournalist and staff photographer at the Star-Ledger I have documented the important moments in people's lives for over 20 years.

I'm honored that brides and grooms have trusted me to capture the emotions of their wedding day.

Also, I have to thank the editors who have trusted me to photograph the World Series, the Super Bowl, the NBA Finals, 9-11, Hurricane Katrina, the US Open, Presidential inaugurations and Papal visits.

While the national awards and even a N.Y. Emmy nomination are very cool, I was thrilled to have one of my photos hang on the walls of the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Ok, it was only a photo contest and my photo was on display for only a year but I can still dream that I'm in the Hall of Fame, right?

While I prefer to stay behind the camera I have appeared as a television guest on New Jersey Network and was interviewed by Brian Williams for NBC News. I think it's safe to say those have been the only times that I've worn makeup.
